Cleaning instructions for Vinyls
Prompt cleaning is always recommended. Cleaning steps are listed by type of stain. For best results follow cleaning steps in order.
Regular cleaning and Maintenance - Step 1
Dirt, Dust, Grime
Oils - Organic & Petroleum based – Step 1 & 2
Food - Steps 1 & 2
Tomato Sauce, Chocolate, Coffee, Tea, Juice
Healthcare - Steps 1,2 & 3
Blood, Urine, Betadine, Disinfection
Difficult Stains - Steps 1,2,3,4 & 5
Eye Shadow, Mascara, Lipstick, Crayon, Grease, Mustard Ink, Permanent Marker, Paint.
Step 1. |
Mild soap and water then rinse with fresh water and wipe dry with a clean cloth. |
Step 2. |
Wash affected area with a soft cloth or soft bristle brush using a non abrasive cleaner. Rinse with fresh water and wipe dry. |
Step 3. |
10% solution of household bleach and water. Rinse with fresh water and wipe dry. |
Step 4. |
25% solution of alcohol and water. Rinse with fresh water and wipe dry. |
Step 5. |
25% solution of lighter fluid or nail polish remover and water. Rinse with fresh water and wipe dry. |

Cleaning Care U6
Wipe with clean cloth dampened with mild detergent solution. Do not use abrasive powder or paste cleaners. A soft bristly brush may be used to remove ingrained soil. Do not clean with hot water extraction machine. Do not clean with on site cleaning machine.
SPOT CLEANING: Clean as above persistent marks may need a mild detergent. First check the effect of any detergent on a hidden area of the cover.
