Commission Printing

Materialised’s Commission Transfer Service allows clients to provide Materialised with their paper and fabric for printing.

Our state of the art equipment is designed exclusively to print Polyester fabrics (knitted and woven) with either Rotogravure or Digital papers. With an output of up to 800 metres per hour we can handle the biggest or smallest of jobs.

We can handle widths of up to 190cm wide our Commission Transfer Service has a fast turnaround and can be adapted to suit your individual needs. Our experience and capabilities have seen us meet the needs of clients with diverse requirements including Gaming Tables, Promotional Banners, Football Jerseys, Swimwear, High-end Apparel and Furnishings.

Materialised has the capabilities to produce digital paper, see custom fabrics.

Useful Information

• Textiles must not contain Nylon, Acrylic or the like − Only polyester fibres.
• Lead time on average 2 to 3 days
• We can handle widths of upto 190cm wide
• Output of up to 800m/hour
• Fabric to be Prepared for Transfer Printing (PFP) at 205 degrees for 30 seconds.
• If fabrics are not prepared to the above specification, distortion/smudging of the print can and probably will occur.
• We are happy to store your paper and fabric to enable quicker turnaround. (there is a small charge for this service)
• Tubes need to be 70mm in diameter.
• Freight charge applies.
